Hey guys, just a friendly reminder that completed surveys are needed by June 1st if you have not yet completed yours. If you have not received a survey please check your spam folder or send us an email at [email protected] and we will re-send it to you.
These surveys will be sent to the email linked with your Kickstarter account, coming from [email protected], as we utilize a third-party service, BackerKit, for survey distribution. Completing this survey is essential to receive your Kickstarter rewards.
In the survey, we will request the following details:
Your delivery address
The chance to purchase additional add on products at exclusive backer discounts
An opportunity to provide feedback to enhance future campaigns (optional)

We are gearing up to distribute fulfillment surveys shortly, aiming to do so by this weekend.
These surveys will be sent to the email linked with your Kickstarter account, coming from [email protected], as we utilize a third-party service, BackerKit, for survey distribution. Completing this survey is essential to receive your Kickstarter rewards.
In the survey, we will request the following details:
Your delivery address
The chance to purchase additional add on products at exclusive backer discounts
An opportunity to provide feedback to enhance future campaigns (optional)
We anticipate it will take roughly 48 hours for the surveys to reach all backers, as they are dispatched in batches to manage system load efficiently. We'll announce via a Kickstarter update when the survey dispatch begins, so you can keep an eye on your email.
After gathering survey responses for 2 to 4 weeks, we will start the shipping process.
Currently, our target to begin shipping rewards is mid-June/early July. If conditions are favorable, we might start earlier, but we prefer to maintain a cautious forecast for now.
Our initial batch of VLCN 30 units is already being produced and on its way to our California warehouse, where it will take up to a week for each to process the inventory. Once our warehouse is adequately stocked, we will commence shipping your rewards.
The fulfillment survey also represents your final chance to add additional products to your reward at exclusive backer only discounts of 20-55%.
During the Kickstarter campaign, backers at the $119 level or higher had the opportunity to add products at a discounted rate. This offer will be available again in the fulfillment survey, including:
Additionally, we will issue a unique, one-time-use coupon code for 25% off purchases at www.arxtecdesign.com to every backer, allowing you to buy items not listed in the Add-On menu.
Other common questions about Kickstarter fulfillment:
Address Changes: We recommend providing an address that will remain constant over the next few months. If you're moving or traveling, consider using a friend's address or wait until you're settled.
Multiple Shipping Addresses: We are unable to split shipments to multiple addresses.
In-person Pickup: Currently, we do not offer the option to pick up rewards in person due to logistical challenges.
For now, there's nothing more you need to do. We're busy preparing your surveys and will notify you once they're ready to be filled out.

Wow, very humbled to see how many new and repeat backers showed up for this 1. You guys rock! We are excited to get things moving.
First we will be sending out backerkit surveys in 2 weeks to collect shipping addresses + shipping fees and also debuting some new limited release Arxtec add ons 😊
To move this campaign along faster, we have been in manufacturing since the start of the campaign with only a small delay we were just notified of near the close of the campaign. We should be good to go for shipping out both US and international orders on a June-July timeframe.
